Challenge & Solution

Trust-related problems like redundancy, bureaucracy, fraud, and turnover put the skids on productivity, divert resources, squander opportunities, and chip away at a company’s brand. A 2008 Helliwell Huang study shows that a 10% increase in trust inside an organization has the equivalent effect on employee satisfaction as a 36% increase in pay!

Leading at the Speed of Trust is a highly interactive workshop that engages leaders at all levels in the real work of identifying and closing the trust gaps that exist in your organization. Instead of paying outrageous “Trust Taxes,” your organization can begin to realize “Trust Dividends.” Doing business at the “speed of trust” dramatically lowers costs, speeds up results, and increases profits and influence.

—Cheryl Cerminara, Vice President, Talent and Development

"In this last review of engagement, we were amazed by the results. One of the questions: 'Do you believe that your leadership is caring for your well being?' - moved 25 points on a 100 point score for a group of 7500 employees. Another question: 'Leadership at DirecTV is such that it causes me to give my best?' - moved 18 points year over year. To move 15 points or 25 points is heroic."

    —Carlos Botero, VP Human Resources
